Make a one-time payment of $48 for a full year of Museum Pass. Your pass will renew automatically each year until you cancel.
Museum Pass makes every visit easy and affordable. Passholders enjoy unlimited daytime admission to the Museum’s collection and most special exhibitions, as well as free access to daytime programs including Toddler Thursdays and Saturdays and Conversation Pieces.

By purchasing a Museum Pass, you agree to an automatic payment of $48.00 every 12 months. This annual charge will continue until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by contacting museumpass@high.org or 404-733-4575 (Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m.). Museum Pass is nontransferable and nonrefundable.
If you purchased a Monthly Museum Pass prior to September 1, 2022, you agreed to pay a $16.50 enrollment fee, as well as 11 monthly installments of $4.00, charged automatically to your credit/debit card. If you elect to cancel early, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. Unsuccessful payment will cause your Museum Pass to be deactivated. After your 12-month commitment ends, you may cancel by contacting museumpass@high.org or 404-733-4575 (Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m.). Museum Pass is nontransferable and nonrefundable.
Please note that the option to pay monthly is no longer available. If your Museum Pass is deactivated and you wish to re-enroll, you will only be able to purchase a 1-year pass.
What is the difference between a Museum Pass and a membership?
Museum Pass is designed to make visiting the High easy and affordable. Passholders enjoy unlimited daytime admission to the High’s collection and most special exhibitions but do not enjoy additional benefits of membership such as free parking, discounts in the Museum Shop, and free access to Friday Jazz, HIGH Frequency Fridays, special lectures, talks, and films.

When will I receive my digital Museum Pass?
Instructions for downloading your digital pass will be emailed to you within seven business days from date of purchase. If you wish to visit the High and have not yet received your pass, you may check in at the Admissions Desk with your confirmation email and a photo ID.
I purchased a Museum Pass one week ago but have not yet received an email to download my new pass. What should I do?
Please email museumpass@high.org or call 404-733-4575 (Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m.) to verify your contact information.
We also encourage you to confirm that the email we sent you did not go to your spam folder. Museum Pass download emails are sent from membership@cuseum.com.
How do I reserve admission tickets online using my Museum Pass?
As a passholder, you can reserve one general admission ticket per day at no additional cost! To reserve online, begin by logging in to your account. Once you are logged in as a Passholder, you will be able to add one complimentary ticket to your cart. You will also be able to purchase additional tickets in the same order.
If this is your first time logging in, create a password here. Be sure to use the same email address you used when you purchased your Museum Pass.
How can I request a replacement pass?
If you need a new download link for your digital museum pass, please visit the Museum Pass Portal.
Can I request a printed pass instead of a digital pass?
No, Museum Pass is a completely digital program.
Can I give my pass to a friend or family member if I’m unable to use it?
No, Museum Passes are nontransferable and can only be used by the person named on the pass.
Will the expiration date on my Museum Pass update automatically?
Yes, the expiration date on your digital pass will automatically update after your payment has been successfully processed.
I downloaded my pass, but I can’t find it. What should I do?
If you have an iPhone, your pass will automatically download to Apple Wallet. Check the app for your Museum Pass by scrolling through any cards that are already downloaded. If you have an Android, you’ll need to download Wallet Passes from the Google Play Store prior to downloading your Museum Pass.
Will I still need to show my photo ID with my digital pass?
Yes, the safety of our passholders is very important to us, and we want to ensure that no one else is using your benefits.
